You’re Going to get Ambushed in New ‘The Last of Us’ Trailer

The Last of Us will be Naughty Dog’s next big game on the PS3. Coming off hot and heavy with the Uncharted series, it’s sure not to disappoint. The set-up is that things are messed up, everyone is dead and the world you knew is gone; you play as the last of us. A plague of some sort has created some scary looking monsters and your goal is to survive, finding out what’s going on is a bonus.

IGN got a new tease from the game today. A new trailer that shows that not every survivor is willing to help you out. The apocalypse that doesn’t bring everyone together is an interesting, almost horrifying story thread in movies and games. The idea that something horrible has happened to everyone, yet there’s no compassion, just survival of the fittest. The Last of Us aims to show us just that in this new trailer:
