E3 2012: XCOM: Enemy Unknown Trailer Looks Glorious

If you haven’t been following Firaxis’ remake of the original XCOM game for the DOS, now would be a good time to start. The CG trailer released by the team behind Civilization capitalizes on giving a gritty, but bold aspect to the game, something that existed in the original but was limited by its retro-art style.
Okay, before you lynch me, I’m not saying that the original didn’t excel at being terrifying or grim! The budget being allowed towards this game is definitely exciting me, though. Sectoids in chains are the only Sectoids I approve of.
