Two Worlds II gets free multiplayer DLC
It’s likely you have not played Two Worlds II yet. I mean, the title itself is enough to scare a battle-hardened Orc away. However, the game actually turned out to be a vast improvement over the original. Now, Topware Interactive is releasing free DLC for the game as a reward to dedicated fans.
The multiplayer DLC includes 5 new maps dedicated to a new mode that plays similarly to a tower defense game. It will involve defending Gandohar, the main villain of the game.
The CEO of Topware, Alexander Constandache, stated “TopWare Interactive wants to push the idea of real-time, online, role play gaming a step further and has implemented this in the new Defense-Mode. We’ve had a ton of feedback from our community, asking for a gameplay mode that combines the classic style known from our Castle Defense game, but with all the features of a 3D action role playing game. We want to thank the fans for their immense feedback and let them know that they’re the reason why we’re releasing the DLC for free. We’re always eager for any and all feedback that can help us to make our games even better.”
Check it out if you’re interested. It’s not clear whether it will release for consoles as well, but a PC version is available somewhere on the main site, apparently. They could have made it a bit easier to find. Try looking for it here. If not, try here. The fabled DLC is hidden somewhere in the lands of the website; may fortune guide you on your epic quest to find it! Good luck, adventurer!
