Total War: Shogun 2 Gold Edition announced

Publisher Sega has announced that they will be releasing a “gold edition” for  Creative Assembly’s Total War: Shogun 2. The package will include Total War: Shogun 2, Rise of The Samurai and Fall of The Samurai in North America, although Europe and Australia will also get all of the downloadable content, excluding the Blood Pack.

The company also added that the game would be available from retailers in “limited-production Wajima-nuri inspired packaging.”

Total War: Shogun 2 was released on PC 15th March 2011 and was well received by critics, gaining a metacritic score of 90 and is available for £24.99 right now on Steam.

Total War: Shogun 2 gold edition will be released in North America on March 5th whilst Australia and Europe will have to wait an additional three days until March 8th.
