Square Enix and Bigpoint Announce Gameglobe – Design Your Own Games In HD

Published On May 9, 2012 | By SouderRoney | Uncategorized

Bet you’ve never seen anything like this before. As of yesterday, 8th May 2012, Square Enix in conjuction with Bigpoint have now revealed their latest project – Gameglobe, to put it in their words, “a unique browser-based experience that brings you a seemingly endless number of creative possibilities”. Developed by Hapti.co, Gameglobe is an online game-platform that allows the player to fully create their own games, and guess what – in fully magnificent HD, just like on a regular console. Of course, if creativity is not your thing, you can also choose from a number of pre-built levels to engage yourself in. How convenient.

The project is now currently in closed beta, but if you’d like a chance to get involved in all the action with other players in the very near future, head over to http://www.gameglobe.com to register your interest. I certainly will.
