Skyrim Kinect-features patch coming tomorrow

The free English Kinect update for The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim will be available for download tomorrow on the Xbox 360, according to the Bethesda blog.

A video posted in the blog post details various ways that the numerous voice commands included with the update will affect gameplay, allowing players a range of things from performing Shouts vocally to commanding followers and sorting inventories. Sadly, they stopped just short of allowing you to use commands like “Swing sword.”

Fret not, though! Shouting “Fus Ro Dah” in the wimpiest voice imaginable and watching carefully-placed items go flying at your commanding presence still looks awesome. The menu shortcuts will also be a pleasant workaround for the limitations of the game controller, streamlining the menu experience by a bit. What do you guys think?
