Robots will Explode in E3 2012 Borderlands 2 Gameplay

I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am to get my hands on Borderlands 2. The first game brought me hours of fun playing co-op with buddies. The only problem with the original that I ran into was that I did get to a point where I played enough of it.

I think I stopped because friends lost interest, the environments were got very bland, and the bazillion guns in the game really weren’t vastly different from one other. What I’m looking forward to most in Borderlands 2 are the different types of guns you can wield and the abilities of the new characters.

The game looks A LOT more colorful than it’s predecessor, thankfully. So automatically, I’m hooked. Oh and Gearbox Software won a Guiness World Record for guns in a video game for the first; there’s more in this one they claim, so I guess no one’s taking that from Gearbox any time soon!

As you can see, Axton has some c0ol abilities like hacking and setting up custom turrets. You can play as Axton in Borderlands 2 when the game comes out September 18th, 2012.
