Project Awakened could happen, regardless of Kickstarter success

Published On February 27, 2013 | By Ryan Archer | News, PC

Phosphor games ambitious title, Project Awakened, could still happen, even if it fails to meet its $500,000 Kickstarter goal. In a recent interview with Velocity Gamer, Chip Sineni, Director at Phosphor games, said that the game could still be made, although it would take a lot longer.

“We are hoping, as is the case lately with Kickstarter campaigns, that all the people watching and sitting on the fence will realize that it’s getting tight and finally jump in and support the game that gamers really want. If it doesn’t make it though, we will have to go back to working on it slowly until some other method of funding comes up. We will not be able to commit to a closed and open beta date for a while.” – Chip Sineni, Director at Phosphor Games

Project Awakened is set to be a game where the player can create any character they wish with a unique set of characteristics and skill sets in an action oriented world. At the time of writing you still have 6 days to back Project Awakened over at it’s Kickstarter page.

I have never been to this site before. You do not highlight your links. I had to mouse through the whole article, line-by-line, in order to find the link to the Kickstarter page.

I do not expect that I shall return.
