Power-up with Latest Rock Band Blitz Preview Video (UPDATED)

Rock Band Blitz is still set for a Summer 2012 release but I can only hope that with this latest video that we’re getting closer to seeing a date. I like rhythm games and I’m not afraid to admit it. When I first heard about Blitz, I was filled with excitement.
Blitz isn’t a sequel to the series, more of an extension to it. It’ll come pre-loaded with 20+ songs and works with you existing library, but requires no instruments. The controller is your instrument and you will play the tracks and race to the end of them, hitting notes and power-ups along the way to get the high score.

Stay tuned for an official release date, but Rock Band Blitz will release this Summer.
