E3 2012: Pikmin 3 Gameplay Footage Shown, All Kinds Of Adorable

The first part of Nintendo’s line-up showed off Pikmin 3 for the WiiU. After an adorable shot of Pikmin in real world, Miyamoto got down to business by revealing actual gameplay.
Various new additions were shown off, including new Pikmin types such as Rock Pikmin. Use of the WiiU screen-controller was also showed off, with the small screen being used as a real-time map in tandem with the big screen.
Along with that announcement was the reveal of four playable characters.
