New details on Black Ops 2′s zombies mode
Mark Lamia, who you all probably know by now, has revealed even more info on the hotly anticipated zombies mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
Firstly, it must be noted that Treyarch are planning to provide the “biggest, most-ambitious zombies ever.” Several new game modes are going to be added. In addition to Classic Mode, which is what zombie fans are familiar with, there will be modes that allow 8 players to play cooperatively. Maps will reportedly be bigger in Black Ops 2, with twice as many zombies allowed on screen at once. Another mode will reportedly provide a more linear campaign structure to the zombies experience.
A lot of this has to do with a new engine for the zombies mode, which borrows resources from the multi-player engine. So far, we know that a new female character will be featured, as pictured above. Not much else is known so far, but Lamia did tease that more info is indeed coming, so keep a zombified eye out. You can check out our video below for even more details.
