More on the Deadly Premonition Director’s Cut

Published On October 16, 2012 | By Mike Cosimano | News

Deadly Premonition, the current Guinness World Record holder for ‘Most Polarizing Survival Horror Game’, is coming back with a vengeance. Although the existence of a Deadly Premonition Director’s Cut has been common knowledge for a while now, the exact details of what exactly gaming auteur SWERY65 felt was missing from the original game was a bit of a mystery. Thankfully, the official PlayStation Blog has the details.

Along with the original story and gameplay, there are some great new features, including HD graphics, an updated control system, a brand new scenario from the game’s director, Hidetaka “Swery” Suehiro, and DLC to keep the mystery going once you complete the main campaign.

Fantastic, I’ll take 20. Deadly Premonition is one of my favorite games ever made, and I will literally take any excuse to dive back into the insane world of Greenvale. Keep your metaphorical dials tuned to Velocity Gamer as we follow what is sure to be the story of the year!

Amma prolly not play this version. I loved the first one to death but I don't think I could play thourgh it again unless it has really been update. I have a hard time playing through somethign I beat since I remember everything.

Who knows but I can't wait for this and I hope it gets the sales it needs.
