Mass Effect 3 Rebellion is LIVE on Xbox 360

Do you like free stuff? I do. Do you like Mass Effect 3 multiplayer? I do. You’re in luck because the latest multiplayer DLC for Mass Effect 3 drops today and it’s free to all.

The Resurgence DLC was also free and featured two new maps, new characters, and new weapons. Rebellion is more of the same, but it does aim to expand the multiplayer experience with a new ‘Retrieval’ mode. Check out the video below to see the package in action.

Like the last DLC, the only thing that’ll be available from the start are the new maps and probably the new mode. The characters and classes with the new weapons will have to be unlocked by buying spectre packs with in-game currency. You can also buy these packs with real money which I think is why EA is making this DLC and the one before it free.

The DLC is available now on Xbox 360, PC and PS3 will follow.
