Mass Effect 3 Demo Coming in February, Includes Access to Multiplayer
Bioware announced today that a demo for Mass Effect 3 will be arriving on February 14th. The demo will include the opening scenes of the Reapers invasion of Earth and the rest of the galaxy, giving you an insight of what to expect when the full game releases. Also included in the demo is the multiplayer portion of the game featuring the “Galaxy at War” mode where players (up to 4) cooperatively fight to take back the galaxy from the Reapers.
The demo will be available on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in February and for those of you who have Battlefield 3 and activated your online passes you will get access to the multiplayer portion of the demo three days early. So those who did not activate an online pass will have to wait till the 17th to try out the multiplayer. The “Galaxy at War” mode will be available in the demo until the 5th of March, one day before the full game releases.
You will also get to test out the voice activated commands with Kinect in the demo as well, so Kinect players get excited!
