In Case You Missed It: Your Next Call of Duty is Black Ops II
Speculation and the recent teasers on the Call of Duty website have pointed to Black Ops 2 being the next Call of Duty game. Turns out that it will indeed be the next game in the franchise and it looks like it takes place about a 20 years after Black Ops.
The Modern Warfare sub-series started off as just a new theater of war. It eventually turned into a trilogy with main characters and villains which appears to be where Black Ops will go. There are some images that surfaced on the net today from an apparent leak from the UK Call of Duty website. It goes on to say that you’ll be fighting a 21st century Cold War.
