Ghost Recon Network Announced and Detailed

Published On April 6, 2012 | By Matthew Pettit | Uncategorized

With the steady stream of news on Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier comes another bit of interesting news. Similar to Call of Duty ELITE, the Ghost Recon Network will be your one-stop-shop for everything Ghost Recon while out and about on your smart phone, tablet, and web browsers.

Detailed in the trailer below is the ability to build guns through the gunsmith feature in the game on the network. While I argue why someone would take the time to customize the inner-workings of a virtual gun, having the ability to do this on the go might actually be a fun little meta-game. You can also look at stats and other Ghost Recon data to prepare you for your next mission. This app will also work with all future Ghost Recon games.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier releases on May 22nd for Xbox 360 and PS3. It’ll be coming to PC on June 12th
