Far Cry 3 – First Multiplayer Footage Released

There must have been a big embargo lift today because there’s tons and tons of new info and footage being released for many of this years biggest games. I just reported on the map editor being confirmed for Far Cry 3 and then I came across this multiplayer preview released by VG24/7. Far Cry 2′s multiplayer wasn’t exactly great, but from what this video had to offer, Far Cry 3 is coming along great. There’s definitely a resemblance to Call of Duty in there, but what game dosen’t offer that in today’s market? Take a look at the footage below and leave us your thoughts! I do have to say though that the game looks really fun and the shooting seems very tight and responsive.
