One of the Biggest Battles in Eve Online’s History Occurred Last Night, Here’s Some Images

We don’t know much about EVE Online, but when there’s a major battle occurring in the universe, it seems like everyone wants to know about it. As of right now, there’s not a ton of information available about the battle to share, as most of the people who took part have yet to blog about it etc, but we do have some crazy images and statistics to share with you.

EVE Online uses both real currency and in-game currency to purchase items to upgrade your ships with and over time your ship will become more valuable with the additions you make to it. According to users on Reddit and across other forums talking about the battle, one player lost a ship that was worth $800 in in-game currency, which apparently to muster up a ship that valuable can take a couple months of playtime in the game. Over the course of the entire battle, over 3000 players we’re involved, 262 alliances and 715 corporations. Anyways, if you want to see the full statistics for the battle, you can visit the link.

    After downloading the Client and installing the game, I couldn’t find the Shortcut. Is there anyway of starting the game from the Eve Online Website? What do I do to play?
