Dr. Who: The Eternity Clock, New Details

The announcement of a video game based in the Dr. Who universe was an exciting one for fans of the long-running BBC series. After some speculation as to what the game would be about, BBC Worldwide has finally provided some details.

The game, entitled Dr. Who: The Eternity Clock puts players in the shoes of the Eleventh Doctor and his companion River Song on their quest to save Earth from a yet-to-be-announced villain or event. No other story details were given, but BBC Worldwide did state that it will only be the first in a series of Dr. Who games. The company also stated that Dr. Who: The Eternity Clock will be Playstation exclusive, expected to be released for both the Vita and PS3. However, it is unknown if this will be the case for future entries in the series.
