We didn’t see too much about Activision’s undoubted future blockbuster, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, at E3 this year, but as we have all learned from this year’s experience, you can’t expect to hear all the news from this particular event, as hyped as it may be. In a recent internet boom of information, sourced inevitably via Twitter, it seems we have confirmation that this title should be expected to be hitting homes on Nintendo’s newest platform as well. This news was apparently received in a courtesy glimpse scan of an upcoming preview in the renowned Nintendo Gamer mag.
There’s very little detail on the Wii U title, with nothing on a release date or even how the game will make remote use of the GamePad, but hey, I suppose we can only wait and see. I, personally, am rather happy to see this game coming to Wii U; the platform would’ve been rather incomplete and left out without it. Plus, now I can actually look forward to buying this game, as I am set on buying a Wii U regardless - just please Activision, make it a lot better than previous adaptions of CoD games on the Wii.
