AT&T Vita 3G Data Plan Price Change

Published On January 29, 2012 | By Farida Yusuf | Uncategorized

Earlier this month, AT&T announced that they would be providing the Vita with 3G data plan services at launch. The service is a monthly no-term contract, meaning that you can cancel at any time, with two plans available. The original pricing of $15 for 250MB per month still stands, but the upper-tier plan’s price has changed. Originally $25 for 2gb, now, users pay $30 for 3GB per month.

No reason was given for the sudden change in price or the increase in bandwidth available. The PlayStation Vita launches in North America on February 22, with a WiFi-only model priced at $249.99, and the WiFi/3G model priced at $299.99. Which model will you be picking up?
