Assassin’s Creed 3 gameplay trailer drops

The newest gameplay trailer for Assassin’s Creed 3 shows off fancy ways of killing Redcoats and the like, and it’s drumming up our excitement for the game.

In the trailer, main character Connor Kenway muses theology in-between finding new and inventive ways of killing people with his Tomahawk. Conflicts between freedom and oppression are combined with Kenway’s own mixed heritage and the fact that he doesn’t fit into either society he hails from.

What’s more exciting is the actual gameplay, though! Kenway’s seen jumping through homes and fighting bears. His fights take him through cities, forests, and even Colonial battlefields.

One interesting that some of you might notice is that one of the pre-order benefits at Gamestop is an extra single-player mission called Lost Mayan Ruins. Will we be seeing some type of Mayan Assassins? Stay tuned for further coverage!
